  • Pre-session materials review expanded to include advertising, sales assets, and LinkedIn performance data analysed via Metricool (read-only access required)
  • An additional structured diagnostic session, with reflection time between sessions so conclusions are tested together and refined
  • More directional recommendations on where the strongest opportunities sit and how to approach them
